Late Registration for WINDS 2019 is $850 for participants and $250 for guests – select in the drop down menu below. Please register using the secure PayPal site by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button below. You can pay with credit card or via a PayPal account. Please provide the participant’s name and affiliation in the shipping address using Latin characters (click on the button ‘ship to my billing address’ to uncover the shipping address form) for the conference registration.
